I finally decided to write a friendlier bio.
For those of you who know my name, good for you. For those that don't, names aren't important anyway, especially if your first name is probably the most common in the nation.
I'm currently a sophomore attending USA in Mobile. Officially, I'm a communications/print journalism major, but my career choice varies with whatever mood I'm in. Other fields I'm interested in: psychology, history, physics, computer science/engineering. If by graduation I'm still undecided, I'll either join the military or become a travelling philosopher, squatting with fellow counter-culturalists and selling hemp jewelry for a living.
Although I'm often accused of being a pessimist, I'm actually a happy/energetic person(huge dork). Because of my wild hair, I'm often called a hippie by my friends (and random strangers) but I'm too much of a radical capitalist for this to be true. Despite my politics, I don't usually think about money(which would explain my lack thereof) or careerism, but instead I try to make the most of the moment I'm in. This often results in bouts of extreme laziness. Fortunately, I do very well academically and work-wise despite my procrastinative nature. Life is good... but I'm always worrying that I'm not experiencing enough of it.
Other stuff:
Favorite TV comedies: Family Guy, South Park, That 70's Show, The Simpsons, King of the Hill, the Drew Carey Show.
Sci-Fi: The X-Files, The 4400, The Outer Limits
Movies: American Beauty, Star Wars III-VI, Saved!, Full Metal Jacket, A Clockwork Orange, The Lion King
Games: Starcraft, C&C: Red Alert, Counter-Strike, Phantasy Star, Final Fantasy (especially VI, Tactics, and VII), Xenogears, Grand Theft Auto, Metal Gear Solid, Street Fighter II, The Journeyman Project, Outpost II, Herzog Zwei (anyone who correctly identify the last three titles gets... uhh... I donno)
Music: System of a Down, Dream Theater, The Offspring, Disturbed, Black Label Society, Staind, Tool, Korn, Incubus, Flogging Molly, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Guns & Roses, Metallica, Nirvana, Rage Against the Machine, Duran Duran, Rod Stewart, Dar Williams, AC~DC, A Perfect Circle, Wierd Al Yankovic
Local/Indie: Dawn of Man, Graveyard Safari, The Delegates, The Blivits, Zardous Argo, The Difference Engine, Indorphines, 3rd Body, Eulafaye, Fry Cook,The Scarecrow

To-read list: Fahrenheit 451, Frank Herbert's Dune, The Virgin Suicides, A brief History of the Confederate States of America, Odd Thomas, everything else by Douglas Adams.
Peh. I decided the random info bits were dumb, so I took them off. Anyone who wants to find out about me can read my entires, or send me an IM.
